Get Involved in the Tuxedu Project

Tuxedu was initially created by members of HLUG – Herefordshire Linux & Open Source Users Group – as part of a project for Software Freedom Day 2011 to inform and encourage schools in Herefordshire to make more use of Open Source Software.

Interest from around the UK and further afield means that the project’s scope has widened and we hope that schools, children and parents beyond Herefordshire will use and enjoy Tuxedu.

If you would like to help with Tuxedu Рwe would be happy to hear from you.

    • Start by simply telling us how your computer USB booted¬†here!
    • We need volunteers who are happy to test Tuxedu for us
    • We would like to know what you think about Tuxedu
    • If you know of any open source programs you think we should have included let us know
    • We need volunteers with programming & development skills who can help keep Tuxedu updated and bug free

If you are a teacher or interested parent and would like to introduce Tuxedu in your area please get in touch with us – we will be happy to help.
